"Curious: Playback Theatre for Queer Narratives" returns! Come experience a dialogue between audience and performer through storytelling and improvisational theatre in English and Spanish! Every performance is based on stories we receive from the room, so you'll experience something new every time. We are excited to introduce our intergenerational LGBTQ+ identifying cast. We welcome all humans as audience members!

Playback Theatre is an original form of improvisational theatre where audience members share personal stories and watch them immediately enacted by a trained ensemble using music, movement, and dialogue.

Because the playback happens based on stories we hear in the room, we never know exactly what a performance will look like! Stories will deal with themes of queerness on a whole range of topics

The performers in Curious are teens and young adults who identify as LGBTQ+. We welcome all humans as audience members, but performances may include more adult content. We will have one performance that is specifically for families with children!
